​Entering the scale industry in 1974 as Augusta Scale Company, our company was ahead of the digital scale game, with fast expansion and success. After outgrowing our small service area of Augusta, GA, we branched out into other territories in Georgia and South Carolina, opening 3 satellite offices. It was then that we changed our name to Scale South to better represent our clientele. Scale South became a division of Southern Industrial Scales, LLC in 2019 in hopes that we will branch out to even more southern territories in the future.
